Basic hospitality unit:
- 1 TKR Hospi Trailer 1, extendable with fully equipped kitchen, office, meeting room, bathroom and sleeping unit.
- 1 TKR Hospi Trailer 2, cargo trailer with Hospi material
This hospitality unit has been designed and developed in conjunction with Honda Racing dpt. We had 3 requirements;
- 60 to maximum 100 places hospitality
- Possible to build with 4 people in 1.5 days.
- Fully equipped in 2 trailers. 1 trailer, kitchen – offices and sleeping places. 1 trailer cargo
These 3 requirements were the basis for our building project. Honda and ourselves were fully satisfied with the functionality and outstanding looks. The hospitality received the latest upgrades in cooperation with Red Bull Racing in 2018.
Building:
Possible to build the hospitality with 4 people in 1 ½ day.
Efficient packaging:
The hospitality has been designed so that the extendable unit can also be used as a stand-alone unit. This allows the kitchen/office unit to be used for testing as a fully functional single unit. The load unit and all internal load carriers have been designed to take up a minimum of space and provide maximum security to prevent damage to items.

- FOSTER blast chiller/freezer. (chilling food – head food to chill)

- All the kitchen equipment is there to prepare food.
Our chef was able to prepare food for a maximum of 250 guests per day in multiple shifts. Kitchen staff: 1x cook, 1x helper who prepares simple meals, cleans up and supervises the guest area.

- Team coordinator office – 5 seats or 2 person bed

The office was used by the team coordinator as it is a central place for the team. Large office upstairs and in the hospi where the people/guests are.

- Maximum 8 sleeping places.

Large office is a great place to organise meetings for up to 15 people.

TKR Base Trailer. Fully used for cargo with all material for hospitality.
Special carriers have been designed for easy, efficient and safe storage and transport of all interior items such as chairs, tables, cupboards, electrical cables, TV’s etc.
A scissor lift is included in the package for safe and easy assembly.
